Because of many problems in my nasal cavities, tried all kinds of nasal sprays for my allergies. Many were useless, too short-acting or gave me side effects like nosebleeds. Back then the GP had no other suggestions so I was referred to an allergy specialist and he prescribed this medicine for me. When the hayfever season is at its worst this is sometimes not quite enough but it doesn't have any side effects. (considering this happens whatever medicine I take, this is good for me.)
