because of long-term relationship problems and working too hard I was really suffering with palpitations, shivering followed by hyperventilation and mood swings. I fought against taking anti depressants for years. But I ended up developing all kinds of anxiety phobias and couldn't leave my house any more, which meant I couldn't do anything. After 2 weeks I found it easier to leave my bed and slowly my energy levels increased. I can't ever stop taking Cymbalta but I really don't mind, I am happy and I have got my normal happy life back.
