After years and years of taking tramadol the pain I was getting with my fibromyalgia was getting worse and worse. After reassessment I was prescribed oxy and up till now I am quite happy with it, not many problems with side effects but that might because because I've been taking tramadol for so long. It doesn't take all my pain away, but it helps with the worst of it.
