After trying all sorts of different antihistamine tablets with middling success (or they made me reeeeally tired) I now take this every day - so as a preventative. Born with various allergies and atopic dermatitis and this medicine seems to be excellent and preventative solution. Including for hayfever, house pets and house mites. I've spoken to plenty of peers who only start taking this once the symptoms appear. My experience with this drug is that if you do that it only does an average job. Taking it as a preventative was the best option. I'd advise taking this in the evenings because it can make you sleepy during the day.
