After I found out in January that I've got Crohn's on top of an autoimmune disease (CVID) I had a short course of prednisolone then moved over to Entocort which worked really well, but I wasn't allowed to stay on it. After speaking to the specialist I started on mercaptopurine, after 2 months I developed a high fever and pain under my ribs, pancreas values were far too high so I had to stop, back on to entocort for 2 weeks then I was given a new medicine "ACES-TG". This worked really well without side effects. ACES-TG has now been switched to Thiosix 10 mg. Up to now everything has been going fine.
