After a ski accident all of the ligaments in my collarbone and shoulder had torn. Grade three. Localised injections with Lidocaine. Afterwards switched to tramadol. Very effective. I think I might have taken too much of it. Off the chart with drowsiness but happy that it took the pain away. I took it five years ago for a hernia in my neck. After a few days the side-effects were a lot less and it was extremely effective.
