Naproxen (500mg) for back pain

Prescribed to determine whether my back problems are rheumatic. It seems to work in some people. However, I immediately suffered from painful side effects. After photographs tablet I had 4 hours later terrible abdominal and intestinal pain, heart palpitations, heartburn. I stopped right away. Day later I still had horrible heartburn. Acetaminophen does not help against the pain.
