when I started, these tablets really helped, but the longer you use them, the more often you need to take one, and the less effective they are.

Buprenorphine (10ug/uur) for arthritis of the spine
I've been using butrans plasters for a week now. The pain in my back is less, but the side effects are bad, I'm trying to cope with severe stomach cramps, bloated stomach, flatulence, nausea, I hope there's someone out there who can tell me how long these side effects last?

Pregabalin (300mg) for arthritis of the spine
Worked for me within just five weeks! Luckily I didn't stop just carried on and the side effects disappeared. I can now stand for a quarter of an hour which I wasn't able to do before because of the extreme pain, operations didn't have any effect either. I am happy with Lyrica. Tip: don't give up too quickly.
