With the help of my doctor and Champix I quit smoking nearly 2 months ago. I had expected it to be much harder, the only side effects were weird dreams (no nightmares)! I was a bit scared of side effects because you hear the strangest things. My advice is to just try it and see for yourself. The need to smoke disappeared very quickly. First you stop smoking and then the addiction disappears. I can really recommend it.
