tamsulosin hydrochloride, dutasteride (0,4/0,5mg) for benign prostatic hyperplasia
Used for years, prostate still big but PSA down to 4. Urinating is fine, but when I need to go have to go then. Mild urinary incontinence which I combats with Tena for Men. Unfortunately, now and then, I get very light, runny faecal incontinence. For the 2nd time I've had a 'fit' with palpitations (normal heartbeat 56, now up to 90 and irregular on minimal exercise, both the rhythm and the extrasystoles.) The question is: shall I just carry on or should I seek medical advice? I have been discharged from the urologist.
