Neurologist advised taking 2 tablets every evening. But I stopped this pretty quickly because I was retaining so much fluid and it made me fall asleep. So now I only take it when I notice that my legs are becoming restless. Sometimes one is enough, sometimes I need to take more. Depends on how bad the attack. is. Sometimes it affects my whole body.
