Combodart

tamsulosin hydrochloride, dutasteride (0,4/0,5MG) for Benign prostatic hyperplasia
Mild BPH with reduced urinary flow and increased PSA, though not dramatically, led my urologist to suggest I try Combodart. Urinary flow improved significantly almost from one day to the next, more continuous nights of sleep. First checkup after 90 capsules - three months - showed prostate volume down by 10ml and PSA back to well within the norms. Side effects include occasional dizzyness but most annoying is lack of libido, ED and absence of ejaculation
