I was given tramadol after a bad attack of lumbago that other medication wasn't able to touch. I felt totally drugged on tramadol. I felt hounded, dizzy, estranged from myself. It definitely made the pain go away but after just one capsule I felt the effects on into the next day (!!) until I felt normal again. Really strange and uncomfortable, like I wasn't really all myself. So I'm not having this again, I'd rather have the pain!!
