zopiclone (7,5mg) for insomnia
I've slept badly for years, I find it really hard to get to sleep and that's why I take half a zopiclone every evening. Then I sleep really well, for about 7 to 8 straight hours. That half a zopiclone means I can function well at work and in my daily life. Without zopiclone during the day I am dead tired and after a couple of sleepless nights I need to go off sick or I start getting migraine attacks with auras.
