I've had such horrendous nightmares that I daren't even sleep any more. Truly the most strange, psychotic and surrealist things. When I was asleep I often hit my partner and tossed and turned the whole night through. Every day I woke up soaked in sweat. Using this has traumatised me. I'm afraid of my own dreams.
