I've had bad allergic reactions ever since puberty, such as sneezing, itchy eyes, palate, nose and ears. Runny nose, watery eyes and the feeling of always having a cold. Very similar to hayfever but I also suffer in the autumn and winter. I now take 1 x levocetirizine tablet and have few if any symptoms any more. Someone once told me to take the table before you go to bed so you have less effect from the sleepy side effect, and that seems to be true. I'm happy with this product and if I have the choice then I buy Fokus and it seems to work better than the Sandoz one.
