I've been using Niquitin for about 2 years now. I'm happy that I no longer smoke but it certainly seems that I'm now addicted to these tablets. I've got a carving that I can't fulfil with sweets or alcohol, so I have one of these tablets. And it works really well. Apart from a dry mouth haven't had any side effects. i still need to find another way to satisfy this craving.
