ethinylestradiol, norgestimate (35ug/0,25mg) for irregular menstrual cycle
I'm now 49 years old, so nearly in menopause. My complaints were irregular and heavy menstrual cycle. Luckily examination showed nothing specific, so the advice was ant conception, with a pause now and then to check if I still have a period. Started on the pill most used, which made me rather ill. Tried another which made me very irritable. After that Modicon and Noecon, both were fine but are no longer available. My doctor gave me Cilest. Works fine, no side effects, but to me it is very expensive.
