I have deterioration of my hip and I was prescribed Arcoxia about 4 months ago. I'm not convinced that it helps but I take it anyway. I'm still stiff and am actually in pain all day long. Ibuprofen 400 mg with 2 paracetamol give me more relief than Arcoxia. Side effects Arcoxia: it makes me really tired. I started taking it in the morning after breakfast but after advice from my GP I now take it in the evening after dinner. Also for the first few days I was nauseous. That passed eventually.
