I have been on this for 4 weeks now once in a morning and once at night. It has changed my life. I feel like a person without asthma I feel 100% cured. I sleep soundly and night, used to always start wheezing when I lay down but not any more. I can now exercise without any wheezing afterwards and I can train much harder. It may not suit everyone but it has been amazing for me. It is certainly worth giving it a try.
