I had to take these for ear infection 4 times a day no food after or before. on the first day, my stomach hurt badly and made grumbling sounds so I clocked it up to not eating in my usual manner. having reviewed further these symptoms are from the medication. my stomach hurts badly, iv been going to the loo frequently and I can't sleep due to nausea and the pain and to be honest, my swelling doesn't hurt and dint before the tablets so I think I will give up on this as it's caused more pain than it has healed.
