I got this from the pain clinic. I have an aversion to plasters so they gave me a pill. I love going to the sauna and the beach but I can't with this stuff, and you get visible spots on your skin from using it. It's also irritating and itchy plus the fact that they're quite big so leave red marks behind. Not an option for me then. As well as that loads of problems sleeping, dreaming and then not being able to get back to sleep.
