tamsulosin hydrochloride, dutasteride (0,4/0,5mg) for benign prostatic hyperplasia
Had a very enlarged prostate/difficulties passing water, even when I really needed to/sometimes it would take me 10-15 minutes/PSA about 7. Now, after about 7 months use: PSA 1.6. Urinating ok. A world of difference. No libido and occasional mild urinal incontinence. (The medication is incredibly expensive and isn't covered by my health insurance, it's not even partially paid back...)
