calcium carbonate, colecalciferol; cholecalciferol (1,25g/800ie) for osteoporosis
Got really bad osteoporosis. 6 broken bones in the past 4 years. 1 complicated leg break; 2 during the 3rd operation a bone broke. (2 extra screws); 3. during the 4th operation a smaller bone broke. (1 extra screw); 2 lots of spontaneous vertebrae breaks (shrunk 4 cm.); 6. stubbed my foot, little tow broke. Also have a prolia injection twice a year for this.
