methylphenidate hydrochloride (10mg) for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
For the pressure in my head and my impulsive behaviour, talking a lot, but often difficult to get to the core of the matter, easily distracted. The horrid feeling that I am supposed to be doing something. Almost paranoid. Had loads of therapies, lots of anxiety, sometimes for nothing. Feel worthless, on my last visit to the addiction clinic I was too often disappointed. I am pretty convinced by CBT and what really helps me is routine, clarity but it takes a long time for me to grasp something because of the pressure in my head my thoughts often run away without me, but I need to learn to live with it.
