For as long as I can remember I've been allergic to catkins, grasses, house dust mites and cats. (and a few foods as well, incl. cherries and apricots). TIP: I have 2 good air purifiers and humidifiers at home which help enormously (bedroom/living room)! The medicine works fine, except for my cat allergy - after half an hour I start getting short of breath and coughing which then takes me hours to get over. It does stop eventually but I still have a runny nose and am always itchy. Now and then I get a dry mouth and eyes, but I can quite happily cope with that.
