tamsulosin hydrochloride, dutasteride (0,4/0,5mg) for benign prostatic hyperplasia

enlarged prostate gland, difficulty urinating, after taking combodart for a few weeks everything was back to normal. The minor irritations are quite easy to cope with. Now it seems that my prostate gland is smaller because of this medication, I don't have to have surgical intervention. I should also say that there is no problem with getting an erection or ejaculating, you just have to stop the combodart 2 days before any sexual contact and everything is as normal. But now I do have a problem in that, in Belgium, this medicine is no longer available/supplied… Any ideas why?
