Pantoprazole

02/05/2017 | | 40moderated by Philip
pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate (40mg) for oesophagitis

Drug was prescribed by GP to calm my stomach. I had an inflamed oesophagus up to my breastbone. GP reckoned this was because of stomach acid. These problems went away. After a few days taking this drug I got increasingly nauseous. First just in the evenings, later mornings too. Over a few days the time I had without problems got less and less. Headache. A bit of a numb feeling. There were also concentration problems. This drug also made me obstipated. After 8 days I told a locum GP about the symptoms and got a less strong drug.
