Been on 2 x 150 mg lyrica per day since May 2016, prescribed by the pain specialist. Because of it's reasonably good effect tried 2 x 75 mg after a few months. But for a while afterwards had a lot more continuing pain. So I was forced to go back up to 2 x 150 mg per day. Still not pain free even today but I've got a better quality of life. The side effects in the first two weeks were not pleasant: really severe headache.
