At the first injection. Dreadful what a medication, I should never have let it be done. It has made me so ill. It has shot into my shoulders, terrible pain, then to my hands with the end result of carpal tunnel syndrome. I had an operation 6 weeks ago on one hand and had hoped that it would get better but nothing doing. There's no point in having an operation on my other hand. Can't sleep because of the pain. Think long and hard before you take this step.
