misoprostol, diclofenac sodium (50mg/200ug) for arthrosis
Arthrorec is diclofenac with a gastro-protective layer so that you don't need to take any additional gastric protectors (omeprazole). A few years ago I was using it now and then but now it's every day. This is because I broke a vertebra which didn't heal following a bout of aggravated arthrosis. I try not to take more because it is supposed to have side effects. But it helps me get through the day.
