2 weeks ago I took 1200 mg. Didn't get any (extra) itchiness, it did burn a bit but it was bearable. Unfortunately it's not all gone, there is still some itchiness left. So I've now started on 3 x 400 mg capsules. I was quite happy that I got them again so did it straight away in the morning, totally forgot you're supposed to do it in the evening...luckily I remembered to put a panty liner in. But it is well know that panty liners can cause yeast infections so you're better off using a sanitary towel! Hopefully it will go pretty quickly...
