I've used efexor 300 mg for many years for depression and anxiety. The first few weeks I was very often nauseous, after that period it improved. Now after all those years I get the impression that its not so effective any more. My depression and anxiety is less heavy and intens, but they do recur. Side effects: heavy sweating, nausea.
