I have recently started taking quetiapine retard for my bipolar disorder and I'm really happy with it. I sleep better (above all) but I am also generally in a better mood, I feel lighter (can rationalise better) and I'm more active again. but at the same time I have also noticed that I find it harder to motivate myself to actually do anything. The only (minor) side effect I've experienced is that I've got a somewhat drier mouth. But by drinking more water and paying better attention to my oral health I have no problems with it. Happy that I've finally found a medicine that works for me.
